Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@shopalaura.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you instructions.
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label, so sending an item back never costs you anything.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Customers in the European Union also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is received. This right is in addition to the 30-day return window above.
Exchanges are subject to availability; contact us and we will do our best to help. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, except where a return is required by applicable consumer law.

Alaura Rewards returns
Paid products in an order with Alaura Rewards follow this Refund Policy. If paid products are returned, cancelled, discounted, or otherwise reduced, we recalculate the paid-product subtotal kept after the 30-day return window. This can reduce or remove an unissued future Reward Card.
For an eligible returned Gift Wallet selection, the refundable cash amount cannot exceed the top-up actually paid for that item. The part covered by a Gift Wallet has no cash value. An exchange or equivalent store credit may be offered where operationally available, without limiting any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law.
