These terms explain the Alaura Rewards program. They supplement Alaura's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by these terms.
1. Who and what qualifies
Alaura Rewards is available on the Alaura online store in supported markets and currencies while the program is active. The qualifying amount is the retained paid-product subtotal after all discounts. Shipping, taxes, Gift Wallet selections, gift cards, and excluded product classes do not count toward a tier. The current-order Gift Wallet does not combine with another product-level discount. It may combine with eligible order and shipping discounts where Shopify checkout permits.
2. Current-order Gift Wallet
When the paid-product subtotal reaches a tier, a Gift Wallet becomes available for eligible products in the same order. You may choose one or several available eligible products, subject to quantity limits. The wallet is applied automatically in checkout and you pay any amount above it as a top-up. Gift selections never increase the qualifying subtotal.

Only the final tier reached applies. Gift Wallet values and future Reward Cards are not cumulative.
3. Tier changes and checkout
If paid products are removed, returned, discounted, or otherwise reduced, the Gift Wallet adjusts to the final qualifying subtotal. Selected gifts can remain in the bag, but any value above the adjusted wallet becomes a visible top-up. The checkout calculation is final if it differs from an earlier storefront progress display.
4. Future Reward Cards
Orders at the €250, €350, €500+ tiers provisionally qualify for one private Reward Card from the final tier reached. After the 30-day return window, Alaura recalculates the value of paid products kept. A qualifying card is then emailed to the order email address.
Each Reward Card is a private, single-use Shopify discount code. It expires 60 days after issue, requires the minimum future spend shown above, has no cash value, and cannot combine with another order-level discount. It is configured to combine with eligible product and shipping discounts, subject to Shopify checkout eligibility.
5. Returns, refunds, and gifts
Cancellation, full refund, suspected fraud, pricing error, or a kept paid-product subtotal below the tier suppresses or reduces an unissued Reward Card. Partial returns are recalculated after the return window.
For an eligible returned gift item, the refundable cash amount cannot exceed the top-up actually paid for that item. Any Gift Wallet allocation has no cash value. Exchanges or store credit may be offered where operationally available, without limiting rights required by law. Paid products follow the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and fair use
Gift selection is subject to stock, variant availability, and the configured per-variant and per-order quantity limits. Alaura Rewards benefits cannot be sold, transferred, duplicated, or obtained through cart manipulation. Alaura may withhold or cancel a benefit associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate issuance, or technical error.
7. Program changes
Alaura may modify, pause, or end Alaura Rewards prospectively. Where reasonably possible, already issued valid Reward Cards will remain usable under the terms shown when they were issued, unless fraud, legal requirements, or a material technical error requires otherwise.
